View the Video from this years show> WGI Semi-Finalists River City completed it's first season this past weekend at WGI World Championships as Semi-finalists on their first apperance at world championships. The final score placed about 20 out of around 80 teams in attendance in Independent A Class. South power CHAMPIONS! After coming in a close second in Prelims to Fahrenheit with Wakefield close behind, River City Independent pulled out an incredible finals performance to finish First Place as the WGI South Power Regional Independent A Class Champions. The final score of 88.2 is the 2nd highest score awared at a WGI Regional in IA class this year. FFCC Championships this coming weekend and off to Dayton, Ohio next week for WGI World Championships! ORLANDO RUNNER-up River City Independet placed 2nd at the Orlando Regional and is looking forward to the Tampa South Power Regional at the end of this month... Pensacola REGIONAL Champions River City Independet placed 1st at their first reginal in Pensacola with a score of 84.5 FIRST PLACE AT FFCC PREMIER!

River City Presents - "Untold"
River City will explore the emotional roller-coaster of those inner most thoughts and how it often changes the way we interact with others. Through a linear floor design and direct staging, they will take shape, being boxed in by others trying to find out our darkest thoughts. From bond and direct rifle work, to a light and soft sabre feature, they will explore the changes in expression of these untold stories. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, River City will be performing as a part of the Florida Federation of Colorguards Circuit and also exploring WGI Regionals in Pensacola, Orlando, Tampa (South Power), and WGI World Championships in Dayton.

River City Independent took first place at their debut with a score of 75.3. Fahrenheit A was second with a 74.9, 27th Parallel was third with a 60.7, and Storm was 4th with a 55.3.
Taking the floor for their inaugural season, River City's cast of 24 will perform a show entitled 'Untold...' The show is an abstract interpretation of the things each of us hold inside - the secrets we don't want told. These secrets, or the perception of such, can often spread even when we don't want them to. The performers will embody the struggle to keep those secrets untold.
